Back to the Roots…
We are pleased to announce the successful mating with my big sweetheart Grace and the great male Maalik. If nature plays along, puppies from this harmonious mating will be born at the beginning of October and can then move into their families at the beginning of December.
I have known Maalik and his Ingrid for many years, they are always a very friendly team at shows and events and Maalik stands out not only because of his beautiful, ridgeback-typical conformation, but above all because of his calm and extremely balanced character. For me, this has been an enormously important aspect of breeding for years, because show success is one thing, but character and suitability for everyday use is quite another…
Maalik’s pedigree contains many ancestors that I personally knew well, his sire Neo, for example, is also the sire of my F litter, which I still consider to be very successful even after seven years. Maalik also brings in the blood of my own unforgotten foundation bitch Ndoki Chamchela a few generations earlier on his mother’s side. Ingrid and I promise ourselves healthy, friendly and strong puppies, who will of course be prepared for their future life here in my kennel together with my tried and tested pack. Grace has already proven her mothering qualities, as she had her first litter in 2022 and will be supported by us to the best of her ability this time too. She loves looking after puppies and is very reliable and relaxed at the same time.
For our offspring we are looking for active people and families who are willing to take on this adventure and who have the time, energy and determination to show a little Ridgeback the world and to grow together.
